Appearance: Jimpsters are lizard like-friends! They stand 5 feet tall with scaly pink and blue scales. Females have a pink stomach and blue back while males have a blue stomach with a pink back, much like the one pictured in the image. Females’ stomach will also extend up to color under their chin pink as well, while male’s end at chest level. While there are only two “sexes” of Jimpster, gender means little to these reptiles and their language doesn’t have pronouns. When translated to English (or another language) the majority are fine with any pronouns that we use for them. Homosexuality is also something that’s not mentioned just because it’s common and apart of life. Their scales are normally dry like a lizards, but when it is extremely hot they will secret water and rub themselves with their tongue to help keep themself cool. A Jimpster’s saliva is extremely thick and more like a clear syrup than a liquid. It’s often used as a temporary glue in projects as it is very hard to get off of objects. Luckily, Jimpster’s have control over their tongues and they never get their saliva where they don’t intend to put it. They often use their tongue as a 6th appendage and when they hold things, they can make sure not to get it wet at all. In addition to their tongues, Jimpsters can also use their tail as an appendage, giving them 6 in total. While their tail is mostly used for balance much like a kangaroo, when standing still, their long tail can reach out in all directions to nimbly hold onto objects or use items. Jimpsters have two modes of walking. First is faster where they hop like a kangaroo would. When traveling like this, they may ram their tail into the ground to give them a taller jump which can be used to avoid obstacles or leap into trees. The second mode is slower and more like a walk to us. They put all of their weight on their toes and appear to be sneaking as they lean forward. They often use this when holding something with their tails to prevent it from getting damaged or dropped. These are the two most common modes of movement, but they can also use their tail, tongue, and claws to climb and swing in trees, cover themselves in saliva to stick to walls or ceilings, jump on their tail much like Tiger from Winnie the Pooh, or curl into an awkward ball and roll. Personality: If it weren’t for the size difference between adults and children, it might be hard to tell them apart at all. Jimspters are a very fun-loving species that will do silly things throughout their entire life. When important, work will come first, but otherwise it is common to see Jimpsters doing literally almost anything else. For example, walking up to a food stand only to find it’s owner several feet above you in the trees, several birds sitting on them as they covered themself in bird seed. However, their work will always be done and they don’t make agreements or promises they cannot keep. They are friendly and open with everyone they meet. Visitors and outsiders are welcomed in eagerly and shown around. You will always leave a Jimpster settlement with arms full of goodies and gifts, and people waving goodbye as you make your way out. They value community and if you decide to live among them, they will learn about your culture and respectfully try to integrate it into the settlement to help you feel more at home. While every Jimpster has their own personality and interests, they generally really enjoy traveling and farming. With a strong sense of community and home, Jimpsters typically will not leave for long periods of time and will always come back, but they love traveling and seeing new places. At home, it is the skill of growing and producing food and plants that captures the heart of many Jimpsters. It is not organized growing, but just about any Jimpster could point out where exactly what is being grown. Life Style: Their homes are made from trees that resemble bamboo. As Jimpsters live in wetter areas with trees, their buildings are mostly just storage for items that they may have and other things that should be kept out of the rain/sun. Jimpsters live in trees or underbrush, unbothered by the weather and other creatures. Days are spent playing around, enjoying life, exploring, and what their designated job is. Important jobs, such as a doctor, are taken very seriously and Jimpsters will work all day diligently to help others. Most other Jimpsters will contribute when they want to while spending their time playing around or hanging out with others. They live in settlements of 50 or so Jimpsters. They will know everyone in their settlement very closely and consider everyone that they live with their family. Should a Jimpster (usually one that recently turned into an adult) decide to leave for good, usually 5-6 will go with and either make a new settlement, or join another smaller one. Traditions: Hatching days are a huge deal for Jimpsters as incubation period can be as long as 10 years. Parties are also held randomly for no reason other than they haven’t had a gathering and celebration in a while. Holidays and celebrations of visitors or members of the community that may not be Jimpster are celebrated in full swing as well. Magic and General Skills: While Jimpsters have no natural magical ability, they are blessed with a very strong body. They can lift near 5 times their weight with their tail, and double their weight with their tongue. Provided it’s small enough to fit in their hands, they can hold their weight in their hands, but with short claws and short arms, it’s not always easy. In addition to strength, a Jimpster’s hands and tongue are extremely nimble and great for crafts. Birdhouses, tools, trinkets, and other items are built with exact precision. Jimpsters can identify length down to the centimeter with little error and so building things comes as a natural passtime. Habitat: The plane that Jimpsters originally come from is only one biome. They live with large, tall trees, daily rain, and no real seasons. Outside of their home plane, Jimpsters typically live in areas with very rich soil. They like places that have lots of trees to climb and space to run. They also like wet weather and dislike the cold, though the extreme heat is far more dangerous to them than the cold. They like 60-80 degrees Fahrenheit, but can survive in 10-100 degrees Fahrenheit. Relationships: Relationships are very important to Jimpsters. The entire community is one big family. They would never do anything to hurt someone in their community. However, when a Jimpster finds their mate, that Jimpster is someone even closer than their community. The entire community will support two who decide to stay together for forever. While two Jimpsters that are together are called mates, Jimpsters also do have what we as humans would call a one night stand kind of deal and that’s normal and common. There is no dating, or anything, so it’s just a really big deal when two Jimpsters decide to spend together forever. No break ups have ever happened! If two Jimpsters (mated or not) decided to have a child, they will build a place to stay and for the egg to stay for several years. The building of this home is a several year process and really gives Jimpsters a chance to think and talk to make sure that they both want to be parents. Should a Jimpster become mated to another who is not the other parent, it’s no biggie. They both care for the child and do thing as though nothing has changed, even if the mated Jimpster spends more time with their mate. Young: Eggs are about a foot tall and are always a light pink color. When a Jimpster first hatches, they are pure white with red eyes. They will gain color slowly through the first 10 years of life and their eyes will change to the blue of adults when they reach about 17. Despite their small size and limited knowledge, about an hour after hatching, a Jimpster is ready to run and play just as much as adults. Jimpsters never hatch alone and are monitored closely by the parents for the first few years as their immune systems haven’t developed and many get sick or injured as they are still figuring out their own size, strength, and speed. At about 3 years, Jimpster parents stop watching their offspring as closely since the entire settlement is the child’s family and will help watch, so the parents don’t have to follow with every step. The community as a whole will teach the children how life works, what to eat, and everything a Jimpster needs to know. Even though the entire community cares for, raises, and loves the child, even to the point of the child sleeping and staying with others, the relationship between a child and their parents is strong. They will always return to their parents, even decades past becoming an adult and living on their own. Siblings are also loved just as deeply as their blood family. Life Span: Baby: While in egg (anywhere from 5-10 years) Child: 0-24 Adult: 24-84 Elder: 84-110 Interested in adopting one of this species? Fill out this CC form and ask for a Jimpster! Appearance: As shifters, all Viru have two forms. The first is fairly humanoid in appearance, though they share some traits of the plants they can shift into. They average between 5 and 6 feet tall, and almost all have hair that reaches far down their back. For flowering Viru, their hair is often the colour of the petals. For Viru who are non flowering, their hair tends to be shades of white to pale green, though a dark brown isn’t rare. All Viru eyes are a light blue, and their skin tends to come in darker shades. However if a Viru is a water plant, their skin can be pale, and the darkest shades come from desert Viru. When Viru moves it appears as though they are dancing. In all body forms they are very graceful and naturally incredibly dancers. They are strict carnivores due to their affinity for plants, and all of their teeth are naturally sharpened to near points. Their fingers are longer than humans, and they often purposely sharpen their nails to act as claws. The second form of Viru is a plant. When they shift, they look indistinguishable from the real thing. Viru can gain nutrients from the soil as a plant to sustain their “talking” form, and can only sleep in their plant form. While there’s no problem with shifting in an area where a plant normally wouldn’t grow (say, a room with no dirt), they will have problems shifting back to their walking form in such a place, and doing so leaves them hurt, disoriented, and in a frenzy. Personality: True to the nature of stereotypical fae, Viru are tricksters and love mischievous. They enjoy speaking in riddles and pulling pranks. They talk in circles and get bored very easily. They try to keep themself entertained however they see fit, which often leads to problems. Their morals are looser than ours, though when they visit they try to understand our social rules. They aim to impress those around them with whatever is at hand. They are very social, but very free spirited. They keep their friends and family incredibly close and send letters and packages thousands of planes away to keep in contact. They live for adventure and entertainment, and can almost always be found in the spotlight, though they’ll be reclusive when searching for something dangerous to enjoy. Viru also share many traits with the plant that they can shift into. A Dandelion Viru would be far more hardy than a Rose Viru who might be more prissy. Water based Viru may have a more natural affinity and love for water and swimming than a Cactus Viru who may get sick if they drink too much. Life Style: With excitement always on the breeze, but their need for social interaction deep rooted in their hearts, they are often nomads, traveling in small groups of similar plants of 5-10. In these small groupings they travel from plane to plane in search of absolutely nothing. They travel for the fun of it! Each group most often has Viru of similar plants in order to keep people from being excluded on adventures to to incompatible soil. For when they do decide to stay in a place for longer than just a month, they aren’t picky on what they surround themselves with. They’ll adapt easily to the cultures around them, for the most part, and live however they see fit. Level of decoration is typically low, but varies from Viru to Viru. Traditions: Once every five or so human years, thousands of Viru all gather in a predetermined location to have a two week long festival. These festivals are similar to earthen festivals and consist of dances, food, games, and general festivities long into the night. At the end of one week, thousands of flower petals are strewn about for the rest of the second week. There’s not a thing a flower petal doesn’t touch. Different dirts and other necessities are brought in to accommodate all Viru. Birthdays and anniversaries are celebrated whenever they are remembered, though not grandly and with little hurrah. To the Viru, these days are simply days that should be remembered fondly, though not celebrated after the fact. Magic and General Skills: As plants themselves, Viru are very good with green and other earth related magics. Often, they can bring any plant to life, and make a plant’s growth increase amazing amounts. They are expects at tree weaving, and can tell the need of any plant close enough to its own Viru type with a simple touch. Viru are very graceful, and dancing comes natural to all Viru. Survival abilities such as tracking, hunting, and generally not getting lost while in the wilderness are also gifts that most Viru are born with. Relationships: Viru are most close with those they travel with than anyone else they come across, including their own children. Relationships most often spring up in groups, though if they do fall for someone of another group one either leaves their group to join the other, or the groups join. It’s not fun for anyone involved in any situation, so most first relationships form at the festival. There, all Viru without a group will try to form their own groups. In these two weeks a Viru who has just become old enough to leave their caretakers group will try to create incredibly close friends and find a lover. It sounds improbable, but most Viru manage to accomplish it. Children that happen in relationships are just things needed to keep Viru as a species alive. Not to say that they don’t care for their offspring, but they focus far more on the child’s welfare and their own interests with raising the child. If they do not think that they can teach all that they need to know, they will find a willing Viru who can teach. It differs from Viru to Viru how much they love children. Some adore kids, are natural nannies and enjoy having and raising kids, and others simply have a kid to keep their lineage alive. Young: A Viru’s type is determined by the environment they live in. Two Water Viru whose child is conceived in a desert like area will likely have a desert typed Viru. Children who are born to a type that neither parent are, are often given to trusted Viru with the same typing. Children are raised until they can fully take care of themselves, and this age is different for all Viru. Those who for any reason are never able to fully take care of themself are cared for by their family for forever, or, should their family die, by close friends. Life Span: A Viru’s lifespan is determined on its plant. They live far longer than normal earth plants but the correlation is there. An Oak Viru will live tens of thousands of years longer than a Dandelion Viru, who may only live 5 or so thousand years. Interested in adopting one of this species? Red Storm dragons are righteous dragons about the size of a bulldog. They have glimmering red scales all across their body with dark orange eyes. Some have a white or pink scale or two on their body, but never more than four or five. Red storm dragons are a type of fairy dragon, meaning that they have pixie like wings, and classify as both fae and dragon. These dragons have large butterfly-esc that are red and orange. However, unlike butterflies, these wings can fold back against the dragon’s body, and losing a few scales won’t disrupt flight. Some leave trails of pink or orange glitter when they flap, but most don’t.Red Storm dragons have 6 horns that come off the back of their head, and 4 small spikes that come out of the bottom of their jaw. Male dragons will also have a horn on the tip of their nose. The tip of their somewhat short tail is flattened, not unlike a beavers. Personality: With a strong sense of justice and a mighty attitude, these dragons are quick to take matters into their own claws and do what they think is best to be done in any given situation. Most consider themselves the most worthy candidate to be in charge, but respect those in charge should one take control faster, or physically beat them to power. They don’t act quick, but when they act it is strong and without hesitation, and many know these dragons as being the most vengeful. However, their sense of justice works in the opposite way as well. When you do something nice, they will pay it back exactly the same amount as they think it was worth. They are caring dragons who aren’t afraid to call out a friend, mostly out of fear of what the other dragons would do, even if no other dragons are around. Storm dragons are loyal to a fault, but will refuse to let their friends do anything “evil” or hurt others - the only exception being when it is revenge driving the pain - as their sense of justice is their most guiding force. Red Storm dragons are fun-loving, and humorous individuals. They like to join in on jokes, even when they don’t understand, and follow their friends everywhere they go - just for the thrill of it. Even a trip to the grocery store could be fun! Who knows what interesting things may happen! Other:

Kiland is their race, but the people of their race are Kilanders. So it’s kind of like Human = Kiland/s, and person/ people = Kilander/s!
Also, Kiland = Ky-land (like sky) but kilands = kee-lands kilander = Ky-land-er (like sky, again), but kilanders = kee-land-ers Just for reference as you read this! Kilanders are a mix of many animals. With the head of a bird, the ears of a mongoose, the body of a wolf, legs that end in hooves, a short tail much like a donkey’s or a lion’s, and large butterfly or moth wings, they are quite a sight. They have really thick bones and shoulders like a grizzly bear. If you haven’t seen a grizzly’s shoulders, you should. They have huge bones built for digging and climbing. Their fur is a shade of grey to brown, to red, and they stand about 4-5 feet tall, not including their huge wings. Female Kiladers have moth wings that are usually brown or grey. Younger ones will paint them pretty colours and, since they are stronger than the male’s butterfly wings, they often decorate the edges of their wings with small rings, much like ear rings. Male Kilanders have butterfly wings that are vibrant shades. This is to attract the attention of the Queen. Other females have no care for what their partner looks like. Because they care so little for looks, and more personality, many Kilanders are lesbians. There are a few gay males, but they are much more rare. Kilands do have a social hierarchy. There’s the Queen and King/Queen who rule over all the Kilanders. Then there is the King’s First Descendent who are the step below the Queen, king/queen and their single child. After them, is the entire population. Everyone is considered equal. Kilanders have a really hard time procreating. They mate for life, but the moment a couple are mated, they have 3 years to have a child before the male loses their fertility. However there is an exception. The King’s First Descendent. I’ll get there in a second. When the Queen thinks it’s time for her to choose a mate, she looks at the male’s wings and chooses who she thinks are prettiest. If she has a childhood friend, she may choose theirs regardless of gender just because everyone thinks their friends are the prettiest. Whoever the Queen chooses as her mate becomes infertile the moment the mate bonding is in place. When the Queen decides she wants a kid, she gathers her favourite 10-15 males and has intercourse with all of them, so no one knows whose child it is. The offspring will always be female, and will not look like her father. Legend says that when the first King was chosen, his brother was blessed with fertility for forever, but only his first child gained the same trait. The King’s First Descendant’s virginity is fiercely guarded and given to the one he loves the most. If he does turn to be gay, he chooses a close female friend to make sure there’s always someone to keep the trait. His child is always male. Since Kilanders have such a small time to have offspring, females often go to the KFD (King’s First Descendant) to be pregnant. Since children always look like their mother more than their father, most couples find this acceptable. There are cases where a KFD is asexual, or gains a sex repulse over the years. He may turn down requests as he sees fit, but may not discriminate. Once his son is old enough and wants to take responsibility, his son may take over, and the father loses his fertility. Many do not like this aspect of their race, and want others to stop going to the KFD for kids, but most let each individual family choose. It’s pretty rare for the KFD to have many kids to any family, only 4-5 each year (which is about double-double and a half of our earth year). Young are highly prized in their nature. Because it’s so hard to have kids, they are loved by all. Their wings are generally highly vibrant so parents can find them easily. Males don’t grow their full wings until age 5 or 6, while females take 3-4 weeks to grow theirs. Until then the gender of the child is almost impossible to determine. They act as kids do, running around and playing, but most grow up with way too overprotective parents. Kilanders are great ranchers. They have large field full of all sorts of animals that I have never seen before. They raise them in good homes and then eat them when they’re old. They are great at taking care of wounded or sick creatures, and if one is not healthy enough for food, they will let it live until it dies naturally. When a Kilander dies, all of the friends and family come to see them. Then they take their body out to the edge of the territory and let wild creatures feast upon the dead body. If it is the death of a child, bones are often collected and hung around the house for good luck. Kilanders are also amazing architects. They built a city without the use of hands. The buildings are made for shorting beings, but it’s still a huge accomplishment. Interested in adopting one of this species? Fill out this CC form and ask for a Kilander! Dawn dragons are medium sized dragons, about the size of a small horse, with scales the colour of a sunrise (pinks, oranges, yellows as well as reds, purples, and whites). These dragons can come in any shape with any number of horns(as long as 4+), legs, wings or tails. What really makes these dragons stand out from other light coloured dragons would be the line of forest green fur that comes off right behind their horns and trails down the center of their long neck to their shoulder blades. The second thing that makes these dragons known is their tail, that ends in 4 sharp prongs. Personality: These dragons are parental creatures. They are gentle and providing creatures that have a tendency to take in other dragons as well as other species as pets to care for. They do research and gentle experiments to see what their new beloved creature needs, and let their creature While typically sweet, caring and protective dragons, they can have a mean vicious streak when something they care about has been threatened. Their green fur catches green fire and they cannot be stopped for days on end or until the threat is destroyed. Other:

Their fur tends to be silky with a fluffy tail, but there are variations. Cats from sandier regions tend to have slimmer tails. Their fur and eyes are the same colour as their crown, and their crown is what makes these cats stand out so. Growing out of their heads, between their ears, is a circle of gems. Most can grow in either points or druzy, but emeralds, diamonds and aquamarines are always points, while rubies, garnets and opals are druzy. Pictured here is an emerald point Crystal Crown Cat. While it is rare, Crystal Crowned Cats can have crowns of rounder stones, like nuggets, tumbled or worry stones. These cats tend to suffer health defects. The roundness of the stones does not push through their skin hurts their head and can damage their skull. During development round crystal cats have a higher chance of being born with mental disorders such as bipolar disorder, autism, or ADHD and have a higher chance for depression and anxiety. However, despite this, round crystaled cats still can lead happy lives, and help is available for the spirit and their family should anything occur. There is a 1% chance of a cat being born with rounded crystals. Crystal Crowned Cats are very neat creatures the majority of the time. Their fur is always kept nice and neat with their tongue except for one time of the year. Unlike other cats, they don’t shed over time, but rather at one single point in time, usually right before the warmest part of the year, when the cats will bathe to get rid of the excess fur that suddenly is loose. Leading up to these months, the cats will slightly poof up, leaving them nice and slimmer than usual right after. Their fur is incredibly soft and often used to make their own decorative objects and clothing in colder regions. Personality: Crowned Crystal Cats are very cat like. They tend to be proud and curious creatures. Observant and cautious, they watch anyone or thing that comes too close to their home. Their words are polite but they have an air of haughtiness about them whenever strangers enter their land. They let in others so long as they respect each clan’s rules and do not seem hostile. While each cat has their own personality, they are a race raised on manners and maturity. Recklessness, and other “childish” behavior is looked down on, but tolerated if young enough, or there is a reason present. For example, a pregnant cat would have an excuse to be a tad more whiny and sob more. Cats who go through trauma or other such events are also given leeway. Life Style: Most cats spend their days working away at what they do, be it gathering food and resources, building homes and other gathering places, or simply at their work. They tend to have a more relaxed lifestyle where there’s little to no pressure to work as long as there’s a place for you to stay. Unnecessary jobs, like groomers or someone who makes a different kind of food, do their work for free in most clans (though some do have a currency or trade system), and jobs are more of a way to kill time rather than a necessity. Traditions: Crystal Crowned Cats only have one day that could be considered a holiday. One the day that the cat and their siblings are born, the litter mates get together. On the normal day they don’t tend to meet up at all, unless life just turns out this way. Meeting for this one day is a treasured occasion that most siblings don’t care for. Birthdays of other family members or friends isn’t talked about or mentioned very much at all, except among their own litter mates. Magic and General Skills: It’s a common skill for these cats to be able to use telekinesis. When they do so, their crystals and eyes glow just a little. Most cats can only lift one item that’s not too heavy, but some cats can lift larger items, or multiple at once. Habitat: Crystal Crowned Cats live in typically jungle like areas, but they have clans in desserts and other warm lands. They stay in warm places, and clans stay far apart from each other. Each has their own hierarchy and history within each clan. They are aware of other clans, but stay away from each other unless in desperate need of help. They build homes out of the surrounding areas. Trees, leaves, holes in the ground, or simply digging right into the ground, they burrow out their homes, and keep them very neat and tidy. Relationships: Friendships and family are treasured deeply though it may not appear so on the surface. They often seem aloof and uncaring to those close to them, but in most cases the very opposite is true. Families that they are born into often part and go their own ways, but the families a cat creates are treasured above all else, and even close friends fall into the family category. Young: Children are born into litters of 5-7 kittens. Their raised alongside each other to be taught good morals and proper manners. Every child is taught in a way that I would compare a high born human to be taught. Need to be taught how to eat properly, and sit nice and such. They’re allowed to run and have fun, though they calm down and have fun in other ways on their own, without guidance or commands from parents. They are born in litters of 4-6, and their coat is near completely white with orange or gold eyes. Around 16 weeks their colour changes to match that of their gem, which will start to appear at 18 weeks.
